I dont see many promoters online at a lot of times and I've had many guest complain to me about this. And I game a lot on JoKa. Also I would like to state that I've been cap-locked to death about promoting guests, And a few tell out in chat they use nodus / xray, And I couldn't do anything about it, Thirdly, I'm in Australia and it's about 8 hours faster than in other countries, So their's none online at the time.
