No, I'm not going to constantly repeat myself, both me and EpicMachado have taken over an hour just to explain to you exactly why you can't get promoter, we even said you would be wasting your time posting this. Also, using basic English would be very nice.

You know what dude just donate at least you can get ranked up if thats what you always wanted. Its a minecraft server if you ever make any more promoter applcations i will instantly deny it i believe any one would.
