How to make a city

First, make sure you have a land big enough.
Second, make the spawn area where people spawn.
Third, Make plots for people or prebuild houses
Fouth, Ask an admin to put a warp for you (10k)
Fifth, Start advertising your town in the server wall (10k) or by chat. (no spamming though)
Sixth, Manage you town and make it pretty, add nice aditions, invite more people/
Example /warp pinehills /warp halocraftia /warp yawstate /warp protown /warp forestfrenzy
